How it works

We make it easy for you to customize and create products that help your brand stand out. Follow these steps to get started!

Step 1

Shop our catalog and find everything from tees and hats to mugs and more. Place the items and quantity of each item you want in your cart. If you have multiple items with varying logo and artwork needs, don’t worry about that just yet. Simply add the apparel and/or products to your cart. You won’t need to send us your artwork or logos until much later.

Step 2

If you have specific requirements for each product, for example, “Logo on front and back of T-Shirt but only on the front of the mug,” you can easily specify options around artwork on the product details page (link?).

Step 3

Once you have selected the products and apparel you want, and have specified your requirements for each, go ahead and make your purchase. Don’t worry, we haven’t forgotten about your artwork! An email will come to you shortly after making your purchase asking for you to upload your artwork.
Don’t have artwork? No worries! Call or live chat with us. We will make a recommendation or refer you to one of our trusted graphic design partners.

Step 4

Once you have made your purchase you will receive an email requesting artwork. You’ll be able to upload each logo or artwork design one at a time or send us a ZipFile.

Step 5

Each order we receive is manually reviewed and vetted. That means that we apply best practices along with decades of experience and insight to make sure each product looks great. If we think there may be an issue, we will make recommendations. For example, if your logo is navy blue and you’ve selected all navy blue t-shirts, we would suggest you select a different color for either the apparel or the logo.
After the design passes initial quality assurance, we will create a digital mock up for you. Note: If you require a production sample please let us know. Upon reviewing the digital mock up, you can request revisions, change the file, or approve it.

Step 6

After you approve the digital mockup, your order goes into production. From there, we will keep you posted as the status of your order. From production to shipment we communicate with you every step of the way.
